Daniel Williams
DIRECTOR
Daniel has over 18 years of experience working within the building services engineering industry and a proven track record of success. As a Chartered Electrical Engineer (BEng (Hons) CEng MIET), Daniel has lead teams on numerous successful projects across a variety of sectors, executing strategic planning and innovative design techniques.
Daniel has led the Electrical Engineering design for many large to small-scale projects, from concept through to detailed design and installation and has extensive experience in both new-build and refurbishment schemes. He has delivered projects across the Commercial, Retail, Education, Residential, Healthcare, Defence and Aviation sectors.
An experienced, engaging and focused team player, Daniel is commercially aware and used to working to timescales and budgets. Daniel understands the importance of interpreting our client requirements and ensuring they are realised through the selection of appropriate engineering strategies and methods.

Stuart Growcott
DIRECTOR
Stuart has nearly 30 years of experience in building services with Mechanical Engineering bias and has a successful history in delivering low-carbon / low-energy and sustainable solutions, adopting pragmatic and holistic design methods. His approach has benefited from having worked for both Contractors and Consultancy practices respectively, gaining a comprehensive understanding of building services solutions to meet environmental, economic, and social responsibilities.
His extensive experience covers the Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Heritage and High-end Residential sectors, but his specific expertise lies in the Retirement / Elderly Care sector. He has also delivered numerous healthcare schemes with NHS Trusts and The Department of Health.
Stuart brings to Rubix MEP a wealth of knowledge having worked for some of the largest building services consultancies in the UK. He is fully accustomed to managing and delivering large multi-discipline projects, from feasibility and land / building acquisition, pre-planning, conceptual and detailed design stages, to on-site monitoring, project completion and Soft Landings.

Alec Mabbott
DIRECTOR
Alec is a Chartered Engineer (MEng (Hons), CEng MCIBSE) with over 12 years’ experience delivering small to large scale projects with complex MEP requirements. Specialising in low-carbon, holistic mechanical services design, Alec brings fresh perspectives and innovation into our designs, ensuring that passive design remains at the forefront and our MEP solutions are truly sustainable.
Alec has extensive experience in leading and delivering a variety of project types in a number of industry sectors, ranging from Life Sciences and Manufacturing to Defence, Education and Commercial sectors. Having worked for some of the largest MEP consultancies in the UK, he is accustomed to delivering multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to detailed design, and beyond.
Alec also brings a wealth of experience and proficiency in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), having delivered multiple ‘BIM Level 2’ projects throughout his career. He is a dedicated, personable engineer, with a proactive approach to low-carbon design and project delivery for his clients.
