Our Public Health engineering team work closely with our Mechanical Services team to provide technical expertise in the design of plumbing and above ground foul drainage systems.

  • Pre-design

    Supporting clients with the project brief, energy statements and Low-Zero Carbon (LZC) feasibility studies, passive design considerations, pre-planning advice and Building Regulations compliance.

  • Design

    Delivering concept MEP designs (RIBA Stage 2) through to performance and / or detailed technical designs (RIBA Stages 3 & 4). Utilising BIM and CAD tools, Level 2 BIM delivery, thermal comfort / overheating studies and cost plan reviews, where required.

  • Installation and Construction

    Reviewing contractor proposals and installations, site monitoring duties, snagging, commissioning / witness testing and reviews of as-built drawings / O&M’s prior to handover.
